Initially the videos weren't in a IT approved format and wouldn't play for some folks in the field.<br /> My biggest frustration is with how hard it is to find this stuff. If the intention is to train all 33,000 ATO employees on this by 12/31/2009 I would think you would get this up front and center on the ATO website.
