We here at the HCF are about two thirds of the way done with our LEF 2.0 briefings. Its funny to see how the different each employee reacts to these briefings depending on their experience level. Those that are close to retiring really don't care. Those in the middle of their careers are still anxious. And those just starting out are big eyed and ready to forge forward. I guess this is all new to them and are still very open minded. If I had to order these beiefings by difficulty, it would be, people being the hardest, then safety, and finally technology.
