I am sure that has been on everyone's minds. Ok, maybe not exactly but I know I haven't been around much and I want to let everyone know what is going on here at atoleadingedge.

First, I took some much needed time off at the holidays and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a vacation. It will cure what ails you!

Second, when I returned to work I came back to a new position. I am now working in FAA Communications. Exciting stuff and I cannot wait until we get really underway with our new projects. So, what does that mean for atoeladingedge.com? Truthfully, it means change. That seems fitting to me for a site dedicated to helping the agency deal with the cultural changes and challenges that it faces.

While we know that change is coming for the site, much of what that actually looks like is TBD. And that is where you come in. Let me know what you like and what you don't. Comment here (and no, you cannot and will not hurt my feelings!) Let me know what things are important to capture as we move forward and what things can go by the wayside. I am not interested in wasting time or effort on things that don't matter but I also am not interested in quitting on moving us forward. We have a lot of work to do but we also have an incredible workforce and unifying mission to drive us to success.
