Front Line Manager for the FAA and I've been working issues around Making the Connection Training for some time. Initially the videos weren't in a IT approved format and wouldn't play for some folks in the field.
My biggest frustration is with how hard it is to find this stuff. If the intention is to train all 33,000 ATO employees on this by 12/31/2009 I would think you would get this up front and center on the ATO website.
