The information provided says completion by December 2009. I am being asked by my FLM's if that means the expected completion date is November 30 or December 31. Can you clarify?

Mark,
Not sure what the problem is....on several different computers I am able to see the videos. They are streamed from YouTube so your local IT folks may have something going there (YouTube while not fully blocked is one of the "bandwidth sites" that the agency is trying to limit to work-related traffic (like us.)
I'll double check a couple of things on our end as well.
Thanks,
James

Ralph,
There are actually several things that make the completion date kind of muddy. Here is my official recommendation/request...
It is recommended that the manager conduct all three discussions within 120 days of receiving their own training at one of the manager sessions. This is to help the information delivered to still be as fresh and as relevant as possible.
Since our last scheduled manager session is in the month of November, this technically means our initiative will conclude somewhere in the March 2010 time frame. I strongly urge (and it is the Service Area Directors' expectation) that we do not wait that long.
Hope this helps,
James

I cannot see the videos either. Are there settings that I need to adjust in order to see them?

Jason, Cliff, and all,
We are working on providing a download link so that those who are having difficulty streaming (due to YouTube restrictions or other factors) will be able to have alternate means to get the videos.
Thanks to all for the info,
James

I have added links to alternate streams/downloads of the three videos. A couple of items to be aware of:
1 - The file sizes are fairly large (between 22 and 35 MB).
2 - The file format is mp4. This format is not natively supported in Windows Media Player (decoder packs can be installed to support the file type - you can go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316992 for more information (sorry, we have links disabled in comments!) Other media players, such as Quicktime, support mp4 natively.
We will continue to explore options for accessibility to our content and welcome feedback and suggestions.
Thanks,
James
