Once the attendees leave the Leading Edge Forum, their work will be just beginning. Upon return to their home facilities, it is expected that they will serve as facilitators in various capacities to help champion the One-ATO vision and to help build stronger connections across ATO.

As facilitators, participants will also work with other attendees in their geographical area to visit regional offices and facilities to deliver a session that will provide background information on topics like safety culture, NextGen, and Strategy 2013. They will also provide a condensed version of the leadership and change management skills education that they received during the forum. The managers that are attending these sessions will in turn deliver the message to their employees utilizing the techniques and knowledge gained. It is at this point that we will be truly Making the Connection.
