The Leading Edge 2.0: Making the Connection
Office of Organizational Effectiveness Leading Change Initiative for FY 2009
Building upon the successes of previous initiatives, this year’s initiative is an aggressive and innovative project designed to promote a more robust and agile relationship between all entities within the ATO and between all levels of employees.
History
Organizational Effectiveness (formerly the Transition Office) has been delivering change management initiatives over the past 5 years under the Leading Change banner. These initiatives have been broad in both scope and technique and have reached every level of the ATO. Some of the programs that the office has delivered over that time are:
• Communicate the Message
• Introduction to the ATO
• Leading Change in the ATO
• Executive Coaching
• Headquarters Directors Leading Change
• New Hire Initiative
• Leading From Where You Are
• The Leading Edge Forum
• The Spirit of Performance
Each of these initiatives built upon those that came before it. While not every program has reached every level, all levels of the ATO have been influenced by one or more of these initiatives. This impact has been felt across all service units and from the senior leadership level down to front line employees.
