Welcome to the ATO's Leading Edge Forum (LEF)! The LEF is an initiative directed at the informal leaders from all levels of the ATO. Its purpose is to provide those leaders with tools and resources to improve their working environment and their relationships with all of their employees, peers, and managers. While specifically targeted at the Front Line Manager, leaders from all levels of employement are encouraged to particpate on a regular basis. It is through open, honest, and direct communication that real change is affected. The LEF is dedicated to making that scenario a reality.
